Meet

Tricia

Tricia McLaughlin is a Republican political strategist with more than a decade of experience. She served as Senior Advisor and Communications Director to Vivek Ramaswamy’s 2024 Presidential Campaign and is a former Trump Administration official.

An Ohio native, she was previously Ohio Gov. DeWine's Communications Director for his landslide reelection. Ms. McLaughlin has also served in the Trump Administration at the State Department as the Chief of Staff for Nuclear Arms Control, focused on negotiating country-first nuclear arms control deals and at the US Treasury Department as Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary focused on economic sanctions.

Prior to entering politics and government service, Ms. McLaughlin was a financial analyst at JP Morgan Chase. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland at College Park.
